Have questions about our fresh flower delivery service? You're in the right place!

What areas do you deliver to and how quickly?

We offer same-day delivery throughout the Chicago, Detroit, and Milwaukee metropolitan areas. For customers outside these regions, we provide next-day shipping nationwide. Same-day orders typically need to be placed before 2 PM for delivery the same day, though availability may vary during peak seasons like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Where do our flowers come from?

Our procurement mission is and will remain "Support Local First". Our team must continue to prioritize values-aligned business relationships with independent, local, and sustainable suppliers. It is within our policy to be an advocate for local farmers/suppliers and sustainable growing practices. We will do this through our dollars and buying choices to further our goal of becoming the #1 vendor and buyer of amazing local flower growers in the Midwest.

When can I pick up my flowers?

Our Pick ups are available anytime between our open hours provided below. We also offer pick up windows to ensure they are ready when you need them! How does shipping work?

Our bouquets, plants and other products are available for shipping across the US! We work with UPS to offer overnight shipping throughout the Midwest (for delivery Tuesday- Saturday). There will be a $18 fee to cover the shipping costs associated with overnight delivery. For all states outside of the Midwest, we work with FedEx (for delivery Wednesday- Friday). There will be a $25 fee for these orders. All items will be packed in a secure branded box. Charity is at the heart of Flowers for Dreams. It's in our name! We use beautiful, locally crafted bouquets to advance causes of justice & charity all across the communities we serve. We donate 25% of our annual net profits to amazing local charities through our Nonprofit Foundation. All of your flower sales help benefit the causes we love!
